How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, and orders over $50 ship free.
How do I order a personalised collar or tag?
Add your personalised piece to the cart and leave the name and phone number in the order notes at checkout. We'll confirm the engraving by email before we make it.
What if the size is wrong?
Every product page includes a sizing guide. If it still doesn't fit, exchanges are free within 30 days — just contact us.
Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. Our fabrics, hardware and balms are tested pet-safe, non-toxic and made with gentle, lick-friendly ingredients.
Can I return or exchange?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Personalised items are final sale unless faulty.
